Biography :

Mohd Nazrul Hisham Daud received his BSc in Chemistry and MSc in Applied Phytochemistry from the Universiti Putra Malaysia in 2002 and 2005, respectively. Later, he completed his PhD in Applied Phytochemistry at the Faculty of Applied Sciences, Universiti Teknologi MARA, Malaysia. Currently, he worked as a Senior Research Officer at Malaysian Agricultural Research and Development Institute, Malaysia. His research interest includes bioassay-guided isolation of bioactive compounds, analytical chemistry, antioxidant and anti-inflammatory of plants for food and nutraceutical applications.

Research Interest :

Phytochemical, Phytomedicinal (antioxidant & anti-inflammatory), Analytical Chemistry, Food Chemistry.
