Biography :
Graduated in Food Engineering (2016) and Master in Food Science and Technology (2018), both from the Federal University of Espírito Santo. Currently, I am a PhD student in the Post-graduate Program in Food Science at the Federal University of Lavras. Experience in physical-chemical analysis of food, coffee, microencapsulation, pasta technology, food drying, and mathematical modeling.
Research Interest :
Pasta, food drying; coffee, food analysis, microencapsulation, fermented milk, and experimental design.
