Biography :

I am Amir Barjaste from Iran. I hold a Master degree from the Department of exercise physiology, University of Guilan (Iran). For this course, I have conducted a thesis entitled; The Effect of Two Different Weight Training Loading Patterns on Strength, power and muscle gains in soccer players. During my bachelor study, I majored in Physical Education and Exercise Science. I have got several years of experience as a strength conditioning coach and head coach in soccer in province and 3 division national leagues. I Also have good experiences for assessing physiological factors related to sport performance in the field and in the laboratory and I published 3 scientific articles in peer reviewed journals.
