Biography :

Mohsen Bahreini received the Ph.D. degree with 1st rank in Control Engineering at Shiraz University of Technology (2019), and the M.Sc. degree with 1st rank in Control Engineering from Shahid Bahonar University of Kerman (2014), both in Iran. In 2012, he was granted B.Sc. in Electronic Engineering with First Class Honors from the University of Sistan and Baluchestan, Iran. From 2015 until now, he is a lecturer in electrical engineering at universities. He served as a reviewer for several journals, including IEEE Transactions on Cybernetics and IEEE Transactions on Neural Networks and Learning Systems, International Journal of Robust and Nonlinear Control, Transactions of the Institute of Measurement and Control and KES Journal. He has also served as a TPC member of conferences related to electrical engineering and control theory such as ICCAES2019, IoTSE2019 and LICENSEE 2019. Additionally, in the area of practical activities, he currently serves as a researcher on "Surge Control of Centrifugal Compressors" at the South Zagros Oil and Gas Production Company, Iran. This research concerns the modeling and surge control of a centrifugal compressor. His research interests include control theory, cyber-physical systems, networked control systems, Markovian jump systems, and fault-tolerant control.
