Biography :

Dr. Abdolreza Ardeshirylajimi holds a PhD in Biophysics from the Research and Sciences University of Tehran (2013). He is currently an assistant professor in the Department of Tissue Engineering and Applied Cell Sciences, School of Advanced Technologies in Medicine, Shahid Beheshti University of Medical Sciences, Tehran, Iran. He is working on the tissue engineering and regenerative medicine with a focus on applying stem cells and biocompatible scaffolds for the human disorders. He established various differentiation processes of stem cells on 2D and 3D culture systems. His motivation is use a multi-disciplinary approach in the scaffold fabrication process by applying micro- and nano-scale technologies to controlling cell behavior.
