Biography :

My research skills have been developed in part in the laboratory of Microorganisms and active biomlecules in Tunisia and also in the laboratory of Laboratory of Biochemistry and Molecular Biology of the University of La Rioja (Spain).I have been interested in the characterization of antibiotic resistance mechanisms in several bacterial species (Enterocccus sp, Staphylococcus sp, Klebsiella sp, Citrobacter sp, Enterobacter sp and Escherichia coli). During this research work, I have performed several experiments (bacterial isolation, antimicrobial susceptibility testing, DNA extraction, molecular typing, PCR, PFGE, MLST) and I have deeply analyzed the genes of resistant bacteria using several computer softwares and gene analysis sites. In this context, several studies have been published in international journals as illustrated in my Curriculum Vitae. I have also supervised undergraduate students and I served as teaching assistant in Higher Institute of Medical Technology, University of Tunis El Manar, TUNISIA. I have also served as reviewer of scientific publications submitted in international journals (Journal of dairy science, Journal of Microbial Drug Resistance, Journal of Surgery and Surgical research).
