Biography :

I have experience in the areas of biochemistry and neuroscience, with emphasis on inborn errors of metabolism, metabolism and bioenergetics, oxidative stress, glutamatergic system and neuroprotection. Since 2008, I have studied the pathophysiology of a number of metabolic diseases through the development of experimental models in vivo and ex vivo, using biochemical, morphological and behavioral approaches. I have a wide experience with laboratory techniques and potential to contribute with research projects. Able to work with animals and cells, analyze the results and write scientific publications.
